WARRANTY All Wound Up™ Composite Cycles products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials to the original consumer purchaser for three years from date of original sale from an authorized Wound Up™ dealer, distributor or framebuilder. This warranty does not include the cost of shipping to or from Wound Up™ Composite Cycles or an authorized Wound Up™ Composite Cycles dealer. Proof of purchase must be submitted with any returned Wound Up™ product. Any product defects resulting solely from workmanship and/or materials will be repaired or replaced (at our option) at no cost to the original purchaser. Defects caused in whole or in part by improper installation or use, negligence or abuse, alteration, accidents, or normal wear, where we are not at fault, voids the warranty but, at the sole discretion of Wound Up™ Composite Cycles, may be repaired or replaced for a reasonable cost to be paid by the original purchaser.
